Nomos: Procesalismo Estrategico

It is a biannual online publication dedicated to disseminating research on procedural law from a strategic perspective, with the aim of contributing to the strengthening of the culture of the Social and Democratic State of Law. It offers cutting-edge research with a plural perspective from human rights, procedural law, constitutional law, administrative law, legal theory, political philosophy, and other interrelated areas and disciplines of knowledge. The goal is to contribute to the dissemination of both basic and applied knowledge in a transdisciplinary environment, allowing us to approach procedural litigation strategically from various scientific fields to strengthen theory and generate socially and publicly beneficial solutions.
