Abstract

The NOMOS, PROCESALISMO ESTRATÉGICO journal of Facultad de Derecho y Criminología, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León has distinguished itself by the dissemination of knowledge through constant legal research by the academic staff, which is in turn responsible for observing the constant behaviors and phenomena that arise in a national and international society, under a qualitative approach in order to discover, undertake and strengthen the criteria that are being developed for an objective and optimal application of procedural law in the solution of a conflict.

The third issue of NOMOS, PROCESALISMO ESTRATÉGICO, is characterized by addressing problems related to the constant violations of human rights, of which torture, preventive detention, as well as issues related to mental health, HIV, and even the limitation of the right of expression in an electoral process can be highlighted.
