Abstract

This editorial seeks to reveal the important link that exists between the Rule of Law and the Process, since both figures place us in the situation of a government by rights, contrary to what the government of men represents. In the first case, the force of law is privileged as the highest virtue of a modern State, in which case full access to justice is one of the great social conquests of human beings; In the second case, what is privileged is the force of power, therefore, the rule of law is an evolved and modern form as opposed to what represents a backward form such as the government of men.
